The Annual Meeting was held on May 17, 2025. Elected to the board were Les Harrington and 'Hoppy' Bedell. Re-elected for an additional term were Zak Montes and Doug Crawley.

At the following board meeting, Luise Richards was voted in as President, Zak Montes as Vice President and Les Harrington as Secretary.
