The votes are in and counted by CPA for the sale of Unit 101 and the amendments to the Declaration: 91 for sale, 7 opposed and 83 for the amendments, 15 opposed. The HOA board contracted for an appraisal to determine a fair-market value for Unit 101. That was completed and it was offered first to current owners (for $197,000) before putting it on the open market.
